General School Info.
It’s CHECK DAY! Check out your attendance. You don’t want any surprises as finals are right around the corner! See Ms. Kim in the attendance office if you have any questions.
If you have not completed your Senior Exit Survey, please do so as soon as possible! This survey is important because it tells us where to send your final transcript, collects important graduation information, and makes sure we have updated contact information after graduation as your school email will no longer be active. Please check your email or Google Classroom for the link and get it done today. If you have questions, stop by the counseling office.
Seniors--Last call to return all library books. If you are unsure if you have items out, please stop by the library or email Ms. Schmidt. You also need to return any books that were checked out from the book room to Ms. Brooks in the main office by May 8th! You will be billed for any unreturned items and they will be added to your senior obligations. These fees need to be paid or you will not be given tickets to graduation.
Class of 2026 Senior Sunset is Wednesday from 7:00–8:30 PM in the Aux Gym Parking Lot. Take a break, hang out with friends, and soak in one of your last nights together as a class. Whirligig's Shaved Ice Truck will be there—one FREE shaved ice per senior! The Key Club is providing white T-shirts and permanent markers for everyone to sign, doodle, and design. The cost is three dollars a shirt.
Calling all Students! Come attend our annual Senior Awards Night where we will be announcing the winners of the Senior Superlatives and Most Likely to Be. The event is on Friday, May 8th; doors open at 6:30 pm, and the program starts at 7:00 pm. The cost is $5 to enter. Students are supposed to dress formally in prom wear or other formal wear. The entire event is a fundraiser as all proceeds will be donated to the Kiwanis Neuroscience Research Foundation, we will be having entertainment throughout the program. Anyone is welcome! It is definitely going to be a fun-filled event!
Students, please check your email to see if you received an invitation to the Backyard Bash that will take place on Tuesday, May 12. We will have games, prizes, DJ Kyrie on the 1's and 2's, and Kona Ice with flavored ice treats for sale. The PBIS team can't wait to celebrate your efforts in following #thekakoway.
