Did you order your yearbook????? The Yearbook staff will be passing out order forms to order the 2025 yearbook on Thursday outside of the cafeteria. The deadline to order is April 25 so don't miss your chance! 

Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble on being selected to perform at the University of Illinois SuperState Concert Band Festival! This highly selective and competitive event accepts only the finest wind band programs in the State of Illinois. Each year about 20 bands are picked from a pool of around 100 applicants - this marks the Wind Ensemble’s sixth appearance at the festival. Congratulations and good luck!

Athletics

Collinsville High School Cheerleading tryouts for the upcoming football season will be Monday, April 14 and Tuesday April 15th in the Aux gym. Tryout packets can be found in the main office. Please email Coach Audrain with any questions. We look forward to seeing you at the tryouts. 

Attention Kahok Boys Soccer Players! There will be a mandatory meeting for anyone interested in trying out for Kahok Boys Soccer on April 15th after school in the Athletic Conference Room. Important information about tryouts, summer workout schedules, and expectations will be discussed. Make sure to attend if you plan on trying out! If you have any questions, see Coach Lugge or Coach O’Neill before the meeting.

The Kahok Boys and Girls track teams competed in the Kahok Krazy Relays at Kahok Stadium last night.

The Kahoks came away with a 2nd place finish in the meet. The team of Amauri Harper, Hakeem Muhammad, Daniel Gutierrez-Trejo, and Deandre Brown won the Swedish Relay and also broke the meet record. The team of Devin Habermehl, Theo Neal, Shane Box, and Ellie Rhinehart won the throwers 4x100m Relay. The team of Devin Habermehl, Shane Box, Ellie Rhinehart, and Zykia McMorris won the Discus Relay and broke the meet record. The Team of Devin Habermehl, Shane Box, Ellie Rhinehart, and Theo Neal won the Shot Put Relay and broke the meet record. The Team of Loyal Patterson, Hakeem Muhammad, Darianna Morris, and Gabby Askew won the Long Jump Relay.

Clubs

Only 2 more days left!!!! Help the Kahoks win against Edwardsville & Triad! We are in a competition against all Madison county schools to collect the most amount of plastic bags. Bring in as many clean, dry plastic bags as possible to help keep our community clean. Environmental club is collecting bags next to the main office, attendance office or in Mrs. Wright's room (127) until April 3rd. Let's go Kahoks!
