General School info
Seniors - Goldbeck will be outside the cafeteria today during lunch and study halls to sell the pictures that were taken yesterday. Prices are $35 and $45. They accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards. You can ask them about options to purchase later if you forgot your money.
Today is the student picture retake day and staff picture day. Students, If you were not happy with your picture or you never had a picture taken by JostenPix, ask for a pass to visit the library sometime today. Also to staff, Mrs. Westphal would really like to have all of your pictures included in the yearbook. Please make sure to visit the library as well.
If you need a little help with homework, meet in the library after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A bus will be available to take you home at 4:15.
Athletics
Join us in the Esports Arena in Fletcher Gym on Friday September 5th for our first meeting day! We will be hosting a smash tournament as well as open play for the other games! Be sure to submit your permission slips to Coach K. In the chrome depot before then! We will meet from 3 to 430! Be there or be square! Because if you're a square, you're not around!
Clubs
Anyone interested in joining the Speech & Acting Competitive Team there will be an informational meeting in the theatre on Monday Sept 8 right after school.
Please join us on Friday, September 5th, immediately after school, for the first Garden Club meeting of the year. We will start in room 206 before heading outside to plant day lilies around campus. We will be finished by 3:45. Old and new members are welcome.
Kahoks, September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. We are doing our annual Sock it to Cancer in your teachers 1st hour class. Whichever class raises the most money will get Krispy Kreme doughnuts and drinks!
Also don't forget to purchase your Golden Football Game shirts deadline is September 5th!

The Latin Club's next meeting is after school Tuesday in Room 221 (the Foods Room). We'll be following an ancient Roman recipe to make our own cheese! As always, all are welcome! The meeting runs until 4:30 p.m.
