The Kahok Way: Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful

General School info

Do you have some Kudos to spend?  Kudos Corner will be open today during lunch hours.

Good morning, Kahoks! September is Suicide Prevention Month, and next week our Wellness Club is sponsoring Suicide Prevention Week here at school. We hope you’ll join us in making awareness visible by participating in our dress-up days:

  • Monday: Yellow for hope and optimism

  • Tuesday: Camo—don’t hide from your feelings

  • Wednesday: Jersey—because we’re all on the same team

  • Thursday: Pajamas—follow your dreams

  • Friday: Purple and Teal—the official colors of suicide prevention

We also have some other activities planned throughout the week to remind you that you matter and that support is always here. Let’s come together as a community to spread kindness, connection, and hope!

Attention all future healthcare professionals!  The third meeting of the school year for our CHS HOSA club will be this Monday, September 15th immediately after school in room 219.  If you haven't had a chance to attend a meeting yet, please make sure to do so as this is your last opportunity to join before membership closes!  The meeting will last until 3:30 p.m. and we will be electing our new flag bearer along with discussing homecoming activities.  Please contact Ms Perry or Mrs. Wegener for more information.

The Kahok Broadcast Club will hold their first meeting of the year Tuesday after school in the Athletic Conference Room. The club is open to all high school grade levels.
