Juniors and Seniors, Illinois College is here today at 1:30.  If you would like to see them, please stop by the main office and ask Ms. Kelly for a pass.

Are you interested in world travel?  Ms. Geib and Ms. Iler are planning two amazing trips to Europe for the Summers of 2026 and 2027. Maybe you’ve just always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower or Big Ben or just want to plan a senior trip.  Whatever your reason, if you think you might be interested, stop by room 308 or 310 to get more information and RSVP before our informational meeting Wednesday September 17th at 6pm in the auditorium. 

Congratulations to the Marching Kahoks on two great performances this weekend, including earning 3rd place at the Metro East Marching Invitational against many of the strongest bands in metro St. Louis. We are proud of each band and color guard student for their efforts!

Clubs

The next Student Council meeting will be Tuesday, immediately after school in the auditorium. All members should make plans to attend. TJ Pizza orders and t-shirt and sweatshirt orders are due by Friday!

The first Model United Nations meeting of the year is today immediately after school in room 206.  It will be a brief meeting, so if you can't make it you can stop by Ms. Lindauer's room the next day to find out what you missed.  

Anyone with an interest in becoming a business professional, leader, CEO or entrepreneur or just interested in the business world in any aspect? The Future Business Leaders of America will have their first meeting on Tuesday, September 16 after school in the Library Computer Lab. All are welcome. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Moore in 323 or Mr. Sertich in 321.

Attention all future healthcare professionals!  The third meeting of the school year for our CHS HOSA club is today immediately after school in room 219.  If you haven't had a chance to attend a meeting yet, please make sure to do so as this is your last opportunity to join before membership closes!  The meeting will last until 3:30 p.m. and we will be electing our new flag bearer along with discussing homecoming activities.  Please contact Ms Perry or Mrs. Wegener for more information.

The Kahok Broadcast Club will hold their first meeting of the year Tuesday after school in the Athletic Conference Room. The club is open to all high school grade levels. Want to learn about streaming sports? This club is for you. We feature guest speakers from the St. Louis media, as well as the occasional field trip. Come join us and have some educational fun.

The next meeting of the German Club is Tuesday September 16th after school in room 229. We will be electing officers. All are welcome.
