Forty-six CHS Seniors Named Illinois State Scholars

Congratulations to the 46 students in the Collinsville High School Class of 2026 who have been named Illinois State Scholars for the 2025-26 school year.

Key details of the Illinois State Scholar program
Purpose: To recognize students with superior academic potential based on achievements during high school.
Eligibility criteria:

Attend an approved Illinois high school.
Rank in the top half of their high school class at the end of the sixth semester (end of junior year).
Have a qualifying ACT or SAT score from tests taken between August 1 and June 30 of their junior year.
Be an Illinois resident.
