General School Info.

Rankin Technical College will be here today during lunch hours in the cafeteria.  Please stop by their table to talk to them about their school and all the opportunities there. After their time in the lunch room they will be in the counseling office for any student that wants a one on one meeting.  Please see the counseling office for a pass.

CHS and CAVC would like to give a huge shout out to our welding students for doing a great job on the competition Saturday including our very own Devin Walker taking 14th place out of 200 competitors! 

Athletics

Congratulations to Laila Jaoko and Kellens Stephens, who both qualified for the IHSA Bowling Sectionals this coming weekend at St. Clair Bowl. Good luck and we are proud to have you representing our team and school!

This weekend the lady Kahok Wrestling team competed in their IHSA regional! As a team they finished 2nd with 136 points! The Lady Kahoks had 4 wrestlers in the finals, they finished the day with 3 champions and 1 runner up! Londyn Long, Addyson Bailey & Leann Cory are all back to back regional champions! Individual placers are as follows: Ivana Torres-2nd, Londyn long-1st, Addyson Bailey-1st, Leann Cory-1st. 

Club

The next HHC meeting will be after school Tuesday in room 131. 

The Spanish Honor society will have a short mandatory meeting today in room 226 right after school. If you have any questions see Mrs. Romoser in 226. See you there! 

Attention all CHS HOSA members.  Our meeting that was previously cancelled will be rescheduled for today immediately after school in room 219.  Please make sure to sign up to sell ribbon roses during your study hall. The link is posted on our Google classroom. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Perry or Mrs. Wegener.
