It’s Tuesday and that means it’s CHECK DAY! Check out that attendance. See Ms. Kim in the attendance office if you have any questions.
Juniors and Seniors, Grand Canyon University will be in the counseling office today at 9 am. Please ask for a pass in the counseling office.
Seniors, your last day is approaching fast! Please don't forget to come by The Chrome Depot as soon as possible to return or purchase your Chromebook. The last day for collection will be May 8th! You can buy the Chromebook for $25 dollars-Cash only! Remember, you will not be given tickets to graduation if fees are not taken care of.
Jostens will be here this Wednesday, April29 to distribute the last of the orders. You can pick up during lunch hours and ask the Jostens rep any questions you may have.
Tomorrow’s Senior spirit day is Flash Forward. Dress as your future career self.
Clubs
HHC (Hispanic Heritage Club), don’t forget about our last meeting today!
The Baking Club will have a meeting this Friday from after school until 4:30 in room 147. Please make sure you have chosen which group you want to be in on the google classroom by the end of the school day on Thursday.
Last week the CHS STEM Club participated at the Technology State Association's State Competition: The following students placed: Chase Carlisle: 2nd in Prepared Presentation, Yared Benitez-Salgado: 1st in Problem Solving, Aiden Montgomery: 1st in Problem Solving, Hayden Rehg : 2nd in Problem Solving,
Mackenzie Denniston: 2nd in Problem Solving and 2nd in Promotional Graphics, Nathan Kauffman: 3rd in the Vex Robotics Competition. Additionally, Nathan Kauffman also earned his Gold Achievement Award from TSA and was inducted into the TSA Honor Society.
First Priority Club will have our LAST meeting of the year tomorrow morning April 29th at 7:10am in room 209! First Priority is for students who already know or want to know more about Jesus. We will have donuts! Email Mrs. Schneider or Mr. Gottschalk if you have any questions.
FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) will have our LAST meeting of the year Wednesday, April 29th from 6:30-8:00pm in the AUX gym. Food will be provided. You do not have to be an athlete to attend. We will play games, eat food and have a short discussion. See Mrs. Schneider in room 209 if you have any questions.
