State Seal of Biliteracy



The CHS World Language Department is proud to announce that 74 Collinsville High School Seniors attained state recognition for excellent performance on the 2026 Illinois State Seal of Biliteracy Exam.
The Illinois Seal of Biliteracy recognizes a student's ability to effectively communicate in both English and a second (or third) language. All of these students will have a special seal placed on their high school diplomas.
