IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Skyward Family Access is Down (Again)

Update:  10:00 a.m.

Skyward has informed us the problem occurred during upgrade maintenance in their system:

"During post-upgrade testing, ISCorp identified additional areas within the SMS environment that require further maintenance and attention. As a result, the maintenance process is taking longer than originally anticipated as teams work to ensure a successful and stable upgrade.....ISCorp continues to work through the identified issues and perform the additional maintenance required to complete the upgrade....[Access] may be unavailable at times throughout the day on July 20, 2026, while ISCorp completes this work."

Kahok Families:  We are sorry to report the district's Skyward Family Access platform is down again this morning.  

The issue does not appear to be on our end.  We have contacted Skyward and asked them to expedite assessment of the problem so our families can continue to register for the upcoming school year.  

On Thursday evening, the issue appeared to be solved.  However, service over the weekend was intermittent, and the system is completely down this morning. 

We apologize for the inconvenience this is caused and ask for your continued patience.
