General School Info.

If you did not receive a Freshman T-shirt this year, stop by room 117 and pick yours up anytime!


Welcome back Class of 2027! Senior Sunrise will be held Friday, August 28th at 6am on the football field. If you ordered a Senior Sunrise t-shirt at the end of last year, it can be picked up in room 134 during first and fourth hours ONLY or after school. 


Attention Kahok Fans: The Kahok Football Team kicks off their season this Friday night at Althoff High School. Come dressed in your best Wild West attire. Kickoff is at 7:00 sharp; don't be late!   


Our big First Friday event is tomorrow! Listen up for a few instructions….

1- Report to your 1st hour class tomorrow. You will receive your schedule for the day and eventually be released by an    

     announcement to the gym.

2- Leave your backpack, Chromebook, and books at home

3- Students will be released to go home at 12:50

Clubs

Anyone interested in joining The Drama Club and/or auditioning or applying for a crew position or the fall play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, there will be a meeting after school today in the theatre.

The Latin Club's first meeting is after school today in room 225. We will be introducing new members to the club and playing Roman conspiracy (a game like Mafia or Werewolf but set in Ancient Rome).  The Latin Club does not require enrollment in Latin or any knowledge of the Latin language to participate. All are welcome! The meeting runs until 4:30 p.m. 


GSA will meet today after school in room 213A, all are welcome!!! 


Get ready!  The first CHS HOSA Future Health Professionals Club meeting will be this coming Monday, August 24th immediately after school in the library. The meeting should last until 3:30pm.  Anyone and everyone interested in health sciences is welcome to attend. Please contact Ms. Perry or Mrs. Wegener if you have any questions.  


Do you want to explore crazy questions while gaining real research experience, with no experience required? Join the What If Club! Come to room 132b after school this coming Monday, August 24th  for snacks and a quick informational meeting. Hope to see you there!
