General School Info.

It’s THE Friday we’ve all been waiting for! The kudo corner is open during lunch hours today. Use the kudo as your pass to get out of study hall & go to the Kudo Korner. It is located on the second floor before room 200.  


Attention Kahok fans: don’t forget to sign up for the student fan bus to Mt. Vernon for Saturday’s football game. See Mr. O’Neill in 211a to sign up. 


If you would like to invite a guest to the Homecoming dance that does not attend CHS, the forms are ready to be picked up outside of the main office. The completed forms are due back by 3pm on Friday, September 18th. 


Alright Kahoks next week kicks off Spirit Week for the Golden Game.  After a long weekend Tuesday's theme is Let's Put Cancer to bed. Come dressed in your favorite, school appropriate, pajamas. Tuesday is also the start of Sock it to Cancer. The first hour class that raises the most money will get a donut and beverage party!!! The last day to collect is Game day Sept 11th!  So reach  in your pockets! 

Athletics

Attention anybody who is interested in wrestling. Open gyms will start immediately after school on Tuesday, September 8th. 

Clubs

KAHOK STRONG will have a meeting after school on Tuesday in room 203. If you are not able to attend please email Mrs. Geisen or Mr. Post. 


Come hang out for some tunes and fun. Looking forward to seeing everyone at SCAT Club today after school from 3 to 4pm in room 211A.  Treats will be provided. "doo be doo ba doo.


Hey, BSU! We are having our first Black Student Union meeting right after school on Tuesday, September 8th, in room 211b to discuss this year's plans for uniting our community and welcoming new members. We will have snacks and drinks available, so be sure to bring your friends along. We can't wait to see you there! 

   Lunch

  • Fajita chicken or popcorn chicken with rice and sauces, broccoli, and peas

  • Ham & cheese sub, chicken Caesar wrap, fiesta salad, and assorted fruit and yogurt parfait

  • Fish sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, and meat lovers pizza

  • Beef filling, fajita chicken strips, refried beans, nacho & cheese sauce, and Mexican rice & beans
